2025 Spring Club Weekend @ Seven Birches

This spring club weekend event is the first of its kind. You, our best customers, are going to be blending Seven Birches’ next wine release. Starting with some warm-up educational sessions leading you down the path of becoming a master wine blender, you will end up conducting bench trials to determine what components work in creating a masterpiece and which don’t. Collectively as a group, you will be calculating the exact percentages of wines in the next blend. Discounted room rates at Riverwalk at Loon Mountain available to those who reserve their tickets.

This is the fifth annual New England Quilt Expo located in Manchester NH. Over 200 quilts will be on display with the opportunity to attend classes, demonstrations and lectures. Over 30 vendors will be in attendance for you to shop to your heart’s content. Classroom educators come from all over the country.

Winter Wizarding School Vacation Camp - Portsmouth, NH

The magical experience of Wizarding School returns to Strawbery Banke Museum for fun during February break! Enjoy a week filled with a sorting ceremony, house challenges, and the race for the house cup. Each day is filled with hands-on lessons, focusing on historical skills with a hint of magic, featuring classes like “Protection from Peril,” potion crafting, herb lore, and the care of curious creatures. By the end of the week, participants leave with their own wand, extraordinary creations, and lasting memories. Open to grades second through fifth. Limited spots are available, and a minimum of 15 campers is required to run the program. Berry Basket Workshop Saturday, January 25, 2025, 1-4 PM Saturday, March 8, 2025, 1-4 PM Join our friendly and knowledgeable Museum Instructors to learn the steps of basket-making from scratch. This is a beginner class so all skill levels are welcome. Participants will learn about the tools and materials used in basket making, work with our instructors and each other to acquire the basic skills to make a basket, and conclude by taking your finished basket home. This workshop is limited to ten participants. Members $55; Nonmembers $65.
